According to the unified deployment of the school trade union, the new (fifth) college trade union will be officially launched in April 2024. In accordance with the provisions of the "Election Measures for the Departmental Trade Union Committee of China University of Political Science and Law" (hereinafter referred to as the "Election Measures") of the school trade union, the school has studied and recommended the list of candidates for the fifth business school trade union member, and the school trade union has reviewed and approved it: Zhang Yilai, Jia Nalinjie, Chen Lu and Zhang Liyuan are candidates, among which Zhang Yilai is the candidate for the chairman of the college trade union.
In accordance with the "Election Measures", the trade union of the college organizes all the faculty and staff (trade union members) of our college to vote and elect 3 from the 4 candidates. Ballot boxes will be set up on both campuses for this election, and voting will be held from April 7 to April 9. In the end, a total of 54 faculty members participated in the voting, accounting for more than half of the total number of faculty and staff in the whole college, including Zhang Yilai received 51 votes, Jia Nalinjie won 40 votes, Chen Lu won 37 votes, Zhang Liyuan won 34 votes, and the top 3 candidates were elected as members of the fifth college trade union according to the final number of votes.
In accordance with the "Election Measures", the elected members of the 5th House Trade Union will hold a plenary meeting on April 11, 2024 to elect the chairman of the 5th House Trade Union. Li Xinyu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, He Xin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Zhang Liyuan, Secretary of the Fifth Trade Union of the College, attended the meeting. The agenda of this meeting includes: 1. The members of the 5th Business School Trade Union elected the chairman of the trade union through voting: the total number of votes was 3, and Zhang Yilai was elected with 3 votes. 2. The chairman of the trade union of the fifth institute, the members of the trade union and the secretary of the trade union made speeches on the future work. 3. Li Xinyu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, and He Xin, Deputy Secretary of the College, put forward work requirements and hopes for the work of the trade union and the members of the trade union. After the meeting, the 5th Business School Trade Union held its first regular work meeting to divide the work of the trade union members.
The results of the above two stages of election voting were officially approved after being reported to the party committee and the school trade union, and it was agreed: Zhang Yilai, Jia Nalinjie, and Chen Lu served as members of the fifth college trade union, of which Zhang Yilai served as the chairman of the college trade union. At the same time, according to the decision of the college, Zhang Liyuan served as the secretary of the trade union of the college.
